Interlink Software today announced the release of its BSM 2.0™ platform, a major step forward in the evolution of Business Service Management.

BSM 2.0™ encompasses a number of technical innovations that focus on improving the accuracy of service level agreement (SLA) tracking and on reducing the cost of maintaining service models.
