“As a frequent public speaker, I am well aware of the need to tailor a speech to a given audience. The Red Hat Summit gives our distinguished speakers a chance to “kick it up a notch” knowing that the attendees at this conference have made their choice and are now looking to build upon that choice,” said Michael Tiemann, vice president of Open Source Affairs at Red Hat. “Some of our speakers will talk specifics: Technologies, architectures, and experiences that are highly relevant to Red Hat users. Some will talk about generalities: Principles of design, architecture, and freedom that are equally relevant to us as human beings. But whether specific or general, the topics won’t be generic and the discussions won’t be shallow. This is the conference that our users have been waiting for.”

The Summit will have an attendance fee of $999 which will include registration, three-nights’ accommodations and meals. To learn more about Red Hat Summit 2005, please visit http://www.redhat.com or call 866-2-REDHAT.
