Increases Foothold on Southern California Market as Top Microsoft Technology Integrator

Ensynch, Inc., the Southwest’s leading provider of IT consulting and staffing services, announced today that it has reached an agreement to acquire eBI Solutions, a leading Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in Business Intelligence, Business Process Integration, Application Development, and eCommerce applications. eBI Solutions, headquartered in Southern California, is recognized for its ability to help customers integrate line of business applications, enterprise applications, web, and business processes to achieve efficiencies and a competitive advantage.

The sale of the data center business unit will enable Ensynch to acquire other IT services organizations, enhance and grow its core competencies, expand geographically, and leverage centralized resources to efficiently serve customers.

With the addition of eBI Solutions, Ensynch adds the capabilities to support customers Application Platform and provide Business Process Automation and Integration.

Ensynch plans to integrate its current Southern California beachhead in Orange County with eBI Solutions and the combined organization will serve all of Southern California and the Southwest region. The combined companies will continue to serve commercial and public sector organizations ranging from mid-sized to global organizations.
