Ensynch Sells Managed Hosting Data Center Business to OneNeck IT Services

Ensynch to Focus on Further Geographic Expansion of Core IT Consulting, Staffing Business

Ensynch, Inc., the Southwest’s leading provider of IT consulting and staffing services, today announced the sale of its outsourced managed hosting business to OneNeck IT Services Corporation, the leading ERP outsourcing services provider to mid-market manufacturing and distribution companies.

Existing Ensynch outsourced managed hosting customers will gain access to additional services from the OneNeck portfolio, including ERP and additional business application hosting services. OneNeck’s customers will gain superior technical resources, customer support capabilities, and choices in services that come with having an additional data center facility, with increased access to consulting services and staffing through an ongoing partnership with Ensynch.

The sale of the managed hosting data center business unit will propel Ensynch’s expansion of its professional services and staffing business by accelerating geographic growth across the Southwest while acquiring new professional services capabilities.
