BOOMj, Inc. (OTCBB: BOMJ) (www.boomj.com), a leading Web-based, social-network and e-commerce site, today announced BOOMj’s “Get Fit After Forty” Campaign. For this initiative, BOOMj has partnered with fitness expert and published author, Chazz Weaver, to tackle adult weight issues.
Chazz Weaver completely de-conditioned his award-winning physique in order to show Baby Boomers it’s never too late to get in shape. “I’ve had many individuals over the years, struggling to improve their own health and fitness, say to me: ‘It’s easy for you to stay fit because you’ve been fit all your life.’ I decided to demonstrate what it really takes to improve health and fitness by completely de-conditioning my own body and starting on a new journey towards fitness,” stated Chazz.
BOOMj users will be able to witness Chazz’s transformation and get in shape themselves. This project is unique in that it targets two groups: boomers seeking to get into shape for the first time and those looking to regain that eye-catching figure of their youth. “Fitness is key to longevity and we are glad that Chazz is leading BOOMj on the path to fitness and health,” stated Wendy Borow-Johnson, President of BOOMj, Inc. The campaign will start with daily journal entries from Chazz about his personal journey to get back in shape. BOOMj members will have the ability to participate alongside Mr. Weaver by asking him questions and sharing their stories. BOOMj has also developed sponsorship opportunities for brands that want to be part of the “Get Fit After Forty” initiative.
