India Broadband Forum crosses 200,000 posts mark

The India Broadband Forum, one of the largest forums of its kind in India for discussions on Internet, Broadband, Telecom, DTH, IPTV and CAS has today crossed 200,000 posts.

IBF currently has more than 21,000 registered members out of which more than 2400 are active members.

India Broadband Forum was launched in the month of August in 2004 and since then it is one of the most popular online destination for online users in India to discuss their problems with internet and DTH connections.

The forum has seen massive growth in the past one year. The comparison statistics show that the forum had 14,236 Threads, 100,000 Posts, 11,128 Members and 743 active Members as of 22nd August 2008. The figure changed to 28,069 threads, 200,000 posts, 21,857 members and 2,442 active members by 13th July 2008

As per Alexa data, IBF is amongst the top 1000 sites online. It also is one of the top 500 sites in India.
