Samsung Techwin Terminates Distribution and Marketing Relationship with Advanced Digital Security Solutions, Inc.

Samsung Techwin (www.samsungcctv.com) announced today that effective immediately, it has terminated its distribution and marketing relationship with Advanced Digital Security Solutions, Inc. (ADSS), who has been marketing the Samsung Techwin CCTV products under the name Samsung 360. Going forward all North American sales and marketing of Samsung Techwin products will be handled through Samsung Opto-Electronics America, Inc. (SOA) which is a direct subsidiary of Samsung Techwin.

“In making this change, Samsung is making a heavy commitment to the American market,” said S.O. Park, Manager, Overseas Sales Group at Samsung Techwin. “We recognize that customer service and technical support are the key ingredients for success. The establishment of experienced teams in these areas is our first priority.”

All sales marketing and product support functions will be handled through the new Samsung Techwin office in Carson, California.
