The new brand design reflects the Company’s international strength while spotlighting its manufacturing and distribution excellence.

All logos in the Barnes Group family will be changing as a result of this branding measure, including Barnes Aerospace, a leading provider of manufacturing solutions and comprehensive component overhaul and repair services for the world’s major engine manufacturers, commercial airlines and the military, and Barnes Distribution, a full-service distributor of maintenance, repair, operating and production supplies.
In addition, the logos for the businesses of Barnes Industrial have been rebranded with the new corporate identity elements while maintaining their respective market brand identities, such as Heinz Hänggi based in Switzerland, Seeger-Orbis based in Germany, Strömsholmen based in Sweden and Associated Spring based in the United States. The new logo system backs Barnes Group’s already recognized brand names with the strength of a strong, financially stable global enterprise – Barnes Group Inc.

About the New Logo
The new logo uses a strong, yet vibrant, blue color with a contrasting gray to provide an industrial, steel-like quality, representing energy and control.
The dimensional sphere represents Barnes Group’s international strength and symbolizes the comprehensive capabilities that Barnes Group’s businesses provide to the worldwide market.
The metallic, dimensional “B” used in the logo sphere is fluid, yet solid and strong, and illustrates Barnes Group’s ability to adapt and drive results on a global scale. “B” is also the Company’s ticker symbol on the New York Stock Exchange.
A re-branding initiative will occur over the next year among all Barnes Group businesses with changes to building signage, packaging, customer bills, business cards, Internet sites and other Company materials.
