– Partygoers Invited to Play (and perhaps win) Xbox 360 with Rock Band —
The SHARE Orlando meeting held earlier this year was such a rocking success for GT Software that the company has adopted rock-n-roll as the theme for SHARE San José’s must-attend party. GT Software is inviting SHARE attendees to “come party like a rock star,” play the Xbox 360 with Rock Band on the main stage, or simply let others provide the memorable entertainment.
SHARE Inc. is an independent, volunteer run association providing enterprise technology professionals with continuous education and training, valuable professional networking and effective industry influence.
Whether on stage or not, partygoers will be able to rock-on with incredible food, tasty cocktails, and yes – even temporary tattoos – that characterize this best of the SHARE social scene.
The big blowout, “Rockin’ Your Mainframe with SOA,” is scheduled for Aug. 12, from 7-10:30 pm in Salon III and IV of the San Jose Marriott. Space is limited, and GT Software encourages IMS and CICS groupies attending SHARE to make their reservations now, at http://www.gtsoftware.com/rock.asp.
Rob Morris, chief strategy officer at GT Software, quipped, “SHARE rocks. GT Software rocks. And now, attendees can rock, too.”
Registrants will receive VIP passes, and keeping with the theme, they will be encouraged to adopt use of a “stage name.” The fun continues at GT Software’s booth 426, where attendees can also register and play –and perhaps win– Rock Band on the Xbox 360. The more they play, the more chances they will have to win the Xbox 360 and other rockin’ prizes.
