Intel Names New Vice Presidents

SANTA CLARA, California., Dec. 14, 2004 — Intel Corporation today announced the appointment of 18 individuals as vice president. The new vice presidents are L. Wilton Agatstein, Jr., Diane M. Bryant, James G. Campbell, Laura G. Crone, Maxine Fassberg, Ron Friedman, Jeffery L. Hoogenboom, Jonathan Khazam, Michael C. Mayberry, Suzan A. Miller, Nimish H. Modi, Thomas A. Rampone, D. Jeffrey Richardson, Arthur W. Roehm, Rama K. Shukla, Joshua M. Walden, Abel Weinrib and Kazumasa Yoshida.

L. Wilton Agatstein, Jr., 46, is vice president, Desktop Platforms Group, and general manager of the Reseller Products Group. He is responsible for delivering branded Intel components to resellers, dealers and small systems integrators worldwide. Agatstein joined Intel in 1980.
