CLASSIC ANIMATED SERIES DEBUTS AUGUST 7 AS PART OF CHANNEL’S MONTH-LONG OLYMPIC-THEMED PROGRAMMING

LOS ANGELES, August 6, 2008 — Kabillion, the Emmy®-winning kids’ entertainment service, has obtained the classic 1960s animated TV series “Underdog” and it will debut on both the VOD and online platforms beginning August 7. The premiere also kicks off Kabillion’s series of Olympics-themed programming for August, featuring special episodes of “Bobby’s World,” “Code Lyoko,” “Pet Alien,” “Mix Master” and the Emmy Award winning series “I Got a Rocket.”

“Underdog,” which first debuted on American television in 1964, follows the adventures mild-mannered dog Shoeshine Boy, who, whenever there is a call for help, turns into Underdog, the costumed canine crime fighter who speaks in rhyme.

The first “Underdog” episode to debut on Kabillion is “Drawn By the Magnet Men,” in which Olympic athletes begin mysteriously disappearing. When scientists discover the athletes are being pulled away from Earth by a strange planet, Underdog and TV reporter Sweet Polly Purebread visit the planet and are captured by the Magnet Men.

The other themed programs Kabillion has scheduled for the month of August include a “Bobby’s World” episode in which young Bobby competes in his neighborhood Olympics; “Code Lyoko,” where the evil X.A.N.A. creates a zero-gravity zone on the field just as Ulrich is about to compete in the soccer finals; “Pet Alien,” in which Tommy and the aliens concoct a plan to help him with the DeSpray Bay MathOlympics; “Mix Master,” featuring an episode in which the humans and Hench come together for the first time for a Sports Day; and “I Got a Rocket,” in which Vinnie decides to purposely lose the interschool genius quiz for fear of looking like a geek – that is, until he discovers his dad is the question master!

Kabillion, now in its second year, continues to see double-digit growth in every quarter since it debuted in January 2007. In addition to new programming on the VOD channel, the broadband website recently updated its popular avatar program and debuted a chat area for kids – all within a safe, COPPA and CARU-compliant environment, giving parents the peace of mind they’re looking for when allowing their kids to go online.
