Seagate And Cornice Reach Settlement Of Their Pending Patent Lawsuits

Seagate Technology (NYSE:STX), the world’s leading supplier of hard drives, and Cornice today announced that they have reached a settlement of their pending patent lawsuits. For due consideration, Seagate Technology LLC and Cornice, Inc., have dismissed the Delaware litigation between them and agreed not to sue each other for patent infringement through the end of 2007.
