Office 2.0 Conference 2008

Building on the success of its inaugural gathering, the second annual Office 2.0 Launchpad returns to the Office 2.0 Conference 2008, which will be held in San Francisco on September 3–5, 2008, at the St. Regis Hotel.

Office 2.0 Launchpad will showcase startup companies of five employees or less, letting them schedule one-on-one demos with over 50 members of the VC community; over 100 analysts, bloggers, and journalists; and potential customers and thought leaders from the Office 2.0 industry. Companies interested in participating in the Office 2.0 Launchpad are invited to send an email to ismael {at} monolab(.)com.

“Since Google picked the Office 2.0 Launchpad to launch Google Docs & Spreadsheets in 2006, Launchpad has been a breakout event with the power to shape the Office 2.0 landscape,” said Ismael Ghalimi, organizer of the Office 2.0 Conference. “The participation of large end user organizations at the Office 2.0 Conference 2008 puts a new twist on Launchpad by bringing the startups’ innovations to an even wider audience that includes Fortune 500 companies like GE and Wachovia.”

To date, the following companies are slated to present at this year’s Office 2.0 Launchpad: Enleiten, Itensil, Joblogs, MindMeister, Plutext, Postful, Presdo, TeamWork Live, Wrike, and ZoooS.

A limited number of Launchpad spaces are still available, with the first 10 applicants receiving complimentary admission. The standard fee for participating in the Office 2.0 Launchpad is $995, which includes:
One full Office 2.0 Conference 2008 attendee pass,

Access to the one-on-one demo scheduling system,
Dedicated page on the office20.com website for one year,
