SolTech Names Jeff Clement VP Sales & Operations

SolTech, an Atlanta-based developer of custom software solutions, is pleased to announce that Jeff Clement has joined SolTech in the role of Vice President, Sales & Operations.

Jeff brings over 27 years of IT experience including 15 years of diverse experience in the IT staffing, services and solutions industry. Jeff’s day-to-day responsibility includes driving the external sales push, aligning recruiter support and leveraging back office capability.

Prior to joining SolTech, Jeff led the local IT practice for a large diversified company with IT being one of many service offerings. In this role, Jeff was responsible for a variety of duties that included go-to-market sales strategy and execution as well as managing back office operations. Jeff led his team to 100% revenue growth and a 1,000% growth in profitability in three years by building a diversified list of customers delivering on a variety of service offerings.
