SiS741CX successfully adopted by HP Compaq t5720 High-end Thin Client
Taipei, April 6th, 2006—Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS) today announced the adoption of advanced SiS741CX chipset by HP Compaq t5720 high-end Thin Client. SiS741CX provides thin clients with reliability, security, high performance, cost-efficiency, and once again, SiS proves the success of its embedded solution to the market.
SiS741CX chipset is the first SiS’ solution adopted by HP high-end Thin Client. With the features of supporting the AMD Geode™ NX CPUs and AGP8X graphics interface, SiS741CX is positioned in high-end Thin Client market at low price. It was displayed on SiS’ booth during the CeBIT 2006 and impressed the whole embedded market.
SiS has been a unique partner in cooperation with AMD in embedded market.SiS741CX chipset combining with AMD Geode NX processor provides with features of low power, fanless and high performance for a wide variety of embedded products.
