Iron Mountain Europe Strengthens Presence in France

London, 8 September 2008: Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM), the global leader in information protection and storage services, today announced the acquisition of Anamnis GDM SAS, a firm specialising in electronic document management solutions. Anamnis GDM SAS is the sister company of Anamnis, the French records management and data protection services firm founded in 1994 and acquired by Iron Mountain in June 2007.

Anamnis GDM SAS operates in Rennes, Caen, Paris, Lyon, St. Denis, and Les Lucs where it offers unique electronic document and workflow management system services based on innovative scanning, indexing and on-line document management solutions. The organisation functions and the entire employees’ makeup of Anamnis GDM SAS will be unchanged following the acquisition.

The deal will bolster Iron Mountain‘s document management solutions offering in France; helping existing and prospective clients bridge the gap between physical and digital information. For Anamnis GDM SAS, the acquisition provides the opportunity to leverage the international experience and global leadership of Iron Mountain.
