E-mail compliance has become a central topic because of the increasing number of regulations requiring e-mail to be archived, including the recent addition to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure requiring companies involved in lawsuits to provide e-mail records in a complete and unaltered format during the pre-trial discovery process.

ContentFast’s MessageWatcher e-mail compliance solution provides financial institutions access to e-mail archives via an intuitive online application. Financial institutions can also import existing e-mail archives, e-mail accounts and/or e-mail backup files into MessageWatcher. MessageWatcher works with Microsoft Exchange, Novell Groupwise, Lotus Notes and any Linux-based system.
