Symantec Launches Online Store for India

The new store provides simple and easy ways for consumers to purchase Norton Internet security solutions online.

Thursday, April 13, 2006: New Delhi: Symantec has opened a new online store for India specifically designed for the needs of Indian customers. You can now simply and easily download localized versions of Symantec’s Internet security software solutions, including Norton Internet Security, Norton AntiVirus, Norton Personal Firewall, and Norton SystemWorks.

Through the online store, customers can access round-the-clock online purchase and support services. Renewal of subscriptions can also be made online. All this can be done just by visiting http://sa.symantecstore.com and selecting the Indian Rupee tab.

“With the new online store, we are providing customers with a simple and easy way to purchase the latest Norton products and upgrades to ensure a safe and secure Internet experience,” said Annette Martis, sales manager for Symantec Consumer and small business solutions.

Symantec has announced an attractive offer for Easter with a discount of up to 25 per cent on Norton Internet Security. Online shoppers can purchase this product for Rs 2499* until 16 April 2006. This provides 12 months of protection updates and new product features throughout the year.
