Video Display Corporation Agrees to Acquire Assets of Boundless Technologies, Inc., the World Leader in the Production of Legacy Computer System Displays

Video Display Corporation (NASDAQ:VIDE), a market leader in specialty medical, military and simulation displays, today announced that an agreement had been reached for the acquisition of the assets and business of Boundless Technologies, Inc., www.boundless.com, of Farmingdale, New York. Boundless Technologies, with its proprietary technologies, is the known world leader in the production of displays and thin client technologies supporting legacy mainframe and point of sale computer systems worldwide. Boundless’ business will be fully integrated into and supported by VDC’s Z-Axis Inc. subsidiary in Phelps, NY. The asset purchase transaction is expected to be finalized prior to the end of September, 2008 with no interruption in deliveries of the base of open orders to Boundless customers.
