Bharti Tele-Ventures Limited India’s leading private sector provider of telecommunications services, will announce results for its fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2006 on Friday, April 28, 2006. The results will be available on the company’s website, www.bhartiteleventures.com, after duly informing the Stock Exchange.

Financial results to mobile phone users in India
Highlights of the results will be made available to mobile phone users in India through SMS, Voice and WAP. To access highlights using SMS, Kindly type ‘Bharti’ and send it to 6388 or type ‘Bharti’ and send it to 646 Airtel subscribers can hear the results in English by dialing 2255 from their mobile phones. To access results using WAP in English, log on to Airtel Live portal (http://live.airtelworld.com) from a WAP enabled phone. Results on SMS will be available after 11.45 a.m. and on Voice and WAP after 12.30 p.m. on Friday, April 28, 2006.

Earnings Call (02.30 p.m. – 03.30 p.m. IST)
Bharti Tele-Ventures Limited and JP Morgan will host an earnings call for interested parties.
