Wireless Carrier Launches Pronto Forms to Enhance Channel Management

An American wireless carrier with a national presence has completed the nationwide rollout of TrueContext’s Pronto Forms to its channel sales teams. The carrier is enhancing their reps’ tools to support merchandising, inspection and monitoring of their wireless product offerings at thousands of big box retailers which carry their product line. By equipping channel reps with Pronto Forms on their handhelds, the carrier is improving productivity, ensuring improved sales performance in its channels, and providing real-time reporting of mission-critical activities. The company has confirmed that launching the Pronto forms application has allowed them to significantly enhance the quality and productivity of their field force organization. For example, the wireless carrier can now instantly record the replenishment needs of a store and arrange to dispatch such items as merchandise, collateral and signage for a store on the day it is identified as needed.
