Omega World Announces Joint Venture in China

Omega World, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:OMWDF), a provider of e-government and video communications network services, today announced the Company concluded a joint venture agreement with Guo Xin Wel-tel Technology Co., Ltd under the Ministry of Information Industry of the People’s Republic of China.

The Company plans to establish Guo Xin Omega Technology Co., Ltd. to begin e-government and video communications network services for the ultimate goal of “Digital China.”
