Hybrid Technologies’ LiVTM FLASH, an electric version of the BMW Mini Cooper, was the first electric vehicle to be held at the prestigious event produced by GBK Productions.

Impressed celebrities included Isaiah Washington who was shocked, asking, “It’s all Electric?” Nancy Cartwright, voice of Bart Simpson, said, “You Dude, Go Electric!” Emmy-award winning actress Jean Smart couldn’t wait to tell her son about the remarkable lithium-powered vehicles.

GBK Productions is a fund-raising and special events company dedicated to creating unique and memorable high-profile events to maximize fund-raising effort. Gavin Keilly, CEO of GBK, said, “I love being able to showcase such a unique vehicle.”

Over 50 celebrities including Randy Jackson, Vern Troyer, the cast of Dancing With The Stars and Neil Patrick Harris, just to name a few, signed the Hybrid Technologies board which will be auctioned off for a Global Green event during the week of the Oscars.
