Stonewood Group, the leading designer and manufacturer of accredited hardware encryption solutions, has grown two-fold in the past 15 months, under the leadership of Brendan Forster. The company has achieved record revenues and received a further injection of capital through an over-subscribed rights issue funded exclusively by the Company’s own board, illustrating the Group’s confidence. This, along with the release of its “Eclypt” range of products, currently undergoing HMG certification, will accelerate its sustained growth.
Chris McIntosh, who previously served as a Stonewood Electronics non-executive board member has been appointed CEO. Gaining a vast amount of experience within the communications and information assurance environment as lieutenant colonel in the Royal Signals, Chris replaces Brendan Forster who has assumed the role of Stonewood Chairman, where as majority shareholder, he will continue to influence at a strategic level.
“We remain focused on investing in the very best personnel and core infrastructure to allow us to meet and shape future military, government and corporate security requirements. Stonewood is ideally positioned to champion, and safeguard the data needs of Government, Defence and global corporations via its trusted accredited solutions,” said Stonewood Chairman, Brendan Forster.
