“TWISTED WHISKERS™” ANIMATED SERIES GOES INTERNATIONAL ON FRANCE’S CANAL+ AND THE UK’s CBBC

New CGI Animated TV Series, Twisted Whiskers, from American Greetings Properties, Taffy Entertainment & DQ Entertainment Sold by Taffy Entertainment to France and the UK

New York, NY and Los Angeles, CA – October 13, 2008 – Taffy Entertainment and American Greetings Properties announce that France’s CANAL+ and the UK’s CBBC have acquired the broadcast rights to the all-new “Twisted Whiskers” CGI-animated entertainment series. Now in production, “Twisted Whiskers,” targeted to boys and girls 4-12 years old, is scheduled for an early 2009 debut. The series includes 52 ten-minute episodes and 30-second shorts in high-definition.

Produced by American Greetings Properties, Taffy Entertainment and DQ Entertainment, in association with Mike Young Productions (MYP), the “Twisted Whiskers” animated series is based on the wildly-popular American Greetings Corporation card line featuring a “twisted” bunch of cats and dogs. Launched in 2001, Twisted Whiskers became the fastest-selling summer social expressions line ever developed by American Greetings Corporation. Taffy Entertainment, a leading worldwide distribution, brand management and entertainment company represents “Twisted Whiskers” for international distribution.
