MVP Network, Inc. is pleased to announce that the acquisition of MVP Network Online Games, Inc. was successfully completed by MVP Network, Inc. on October 31, 2008. MVP Network Online Games, Inc. is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of MVP Network, Inc. Persons who were stockholders of MVP Network Online Games, Inc. immediately prior to the closing of the acquisition, are now stockholders of MVP Network, Inc.
