Memeo Survey Explains Why Digital Photos Are Never Shared

Memeo announces the results of a market survey to determine how and why people share photos.

News Facts:
In a recent survey of families with digital cameras, 85 percent of the survey participants said that it was important or extremely important to share digital photos with family and friends. Yet, 55 percent of survey respondents said they felt guilty for not sharing more photos with friends and family.

When asked why they did not share photos more often, 68 percent identified the process as being too time consuming.

Memeo recently released its latest photo sharing software known as Memeo Share, which provides the simplest way for families and friends to exchange photos and videos via the internet. Memeo Share is a free service that can be utilized by PC, Mac, and iPhone users. Families find value in the ability to exchange large files such as videos and photos privately without the hassle of resizing, uploading or emailing them. The software is completely automatic and users can privately swap content. Read about Memeo Share’s latest company news. Download the latest version of Memeo Share.

The Memeo customer survey consisted of 234 respondents between the ages of 30 and 45 who have children between the ages of 0 and 5. Everyone that participated in the survey currently owned a digital camera.
