INKforce™ (www.inkforce.net), an industry leader in software development of government automation tools, has been selected by the County of Prince George, Virginia to provide comprehensive countywide software services. INKforce™ will provide code enforcement, building and permitting, planning and zoning, fire inspections and point of sale software solutions, in addition to a new interactive voice recognition module that allows people to order county services directly over the phone.

This marks the first INKforce™ contract in the state of Virginia and the first county to buy all of the INKforce™ modules. It is also the first sale of the new INKforce™ Planning and Zoning module. Prince George County is a suburban county in southeast Virginia.

INKforce™ offers software solutions for government agencies that need to increase productivity, efficiency and collaboration. The award-wining suite of software tools is all 100 percent web-based and ideally suited for both the mobile and office workforce. Developed on the Microsoft.net platform and highly configurable to existing workflows and best practices, INKforce™ offers cities, counties and governmental agencies the easiest and most comprehensive software tools in the industry.

“After a highly competitive, six month evaluation process, the County of Prince George selected INKforce™ as their vendor of choice to provide all-inclusive government software designed to increase efficiency, save money and deliver superior services to their citizens. The unanimous vote of the Prince George county commission to purchase all of the INKforce™ modules speaks to our company’s proven capability to integrate, centralize and streamline government administrative functions,” said Karl Kapustka, INKforce™ National Sales Director.

INKforce™ partnered with Selectron Technologies, Inc. to provide an automated IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system. Now, when residents call to request or schedule county building services the IVR system automatically routes the calls to the correct department and then communicates with the county’s computer system with a direct link to INKforce™. This extends business hours 24/7, provides faster response time to citizens and reduces high call volumes to the county.
