Operations and finance veteran will help Eliza expand its leadership position and support its extensive growth within the healthcare communication market
Eliza Corporation – The Engagement Company for healthcare communication – announces the addition of Gadi Lachman as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Lachman will oversee the financial, operational, and business development activities that will support Eliza’s continued growth within the healthcare market. Lachman brings 20 years of experience in leadership roles in operations and finance.
Eliza’s rapid growth has been fueled by new clients as well as through existing clients who are increasing the number and type of healthcare communication programs they run with Eliza. These organizations use Eliza’s multimedia engagement platform – powered by the company’s patented speech recognition engine and sophisticated data reporting and analytics capabilities – to capture member or patient data at the micro and macro level. As a result, Eliza’s clients report healthier behaviors at a lower cost. Lachman joins the company as it develops the next-generation of its intelligent consumer engagement platform, which integrates member/patient data and personalizes content in real time.
“We are pleased to add Gadi to our team as we expand not only our client base, but also our range of healthcare communication tools and services,” says Lucas Merrow, CEO of Eliza Corporation. “Gadi’s experience in developing and executing business strategies – in addition to his deep understanding of the business needs of healthcare organizations – will be invaluable as we extend our offerings. All with the goal of delivering better health outcomes in a data-driven, scalable, and cost-effective way.”
Prior to joining Eliza, Lachman was a vice president at the TriZetto Group, where he lead the operations of its Cost and Quality of Care business unit, including strategy, business planning and budgeting processes, business development and alliances efforts. Lachman joined TriZetto via the acquisition of CareKey, where he performed operations and finance leadership roles. He served as a CEO of a subsidiary of Kaplan and also worked at Lehman Brothers Inc.’s Investment Banking Division. Lachman received his MBA from the Harvard Business School with high distinction and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting, as well as an LLB degree in law from the Tel-Aviv University.
