Global IP Solutions (GIPS)(OSE:GIPS) announced today that it has signed an agreement with Argela a Turkish-based company wholly owned by Turk Telekom. Argela provides telecom operators with turn-key next generation solutions and is headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.
The agreement includes platform, professional service fees and royalties.
