The Secunia PSI 1.0 – now available in Spanish!

Early Xmas present: This is Secunia’s Christmas present to the 400-500 million Spanish speaking people!

As of December 17th Secunia Personal Software Inspector (PSI) is available in Spanish. Secunia wants to offer all Spanish speaking PC users the chance to patch and secure their PC in an easy manner.

By taking this step, Secunia makes patching accessible for the huge Spanish speaking community, thus improving their online security significantly.

Offering the PSI in localized versions is a natural step for Secunia, in our effort to promote patching as an essential part of online security.

Recently, on November 25, Secunia released PSI 1.0 with great success. At the time of release, Secunia also launched the Secunia Community Forum: http://secunia.com/community/forum/

The free Secunia Personal Software Inspector (PSI) helps users keeping all their software up-to-date, very much like “Windows Update” keeps software from Microsoft updated.

Secunia have a great community backing the Secunia PSI and we are proud to say that this is the first 100% community-translated version of the Secunia PSI.

We appreciate the collaboration with the CSIRT-CV team from the Generalitat de la Comunidad Valenciana during the translation process to Spanish.

We are looking forward to this new language addition with great anticipation, especially considering that our current PSI, which is available in English, Danish, and German has already generated close to 1 million users.
