Sanjay Peer to head new VIA pc-1 Channel Development Team for India & SAARC Region

New Delhi May 30, 2006 – VIA Technologies, Inc, a leading innovator and developer of silicon chip technologies and PC platform solutions has appointed Sanjay Peer as the Director of its VIA pc-1 Channel Development Team.

Sanjay Peer having over fourteen years’ experience of working for leading IT Distribution Power Houses and Consumer Electronics brands within India will be responsible for building a new team based out of Bangalore that will be focused on promoting low power, highly integrated VIA pc-1 platforms targeted at expanding Personal Computer usage throughout India and the SAARC region.
