Steve Wozniak Scheduled for Additional Presentations at Axiotron’s Macworld Booth

Hardware and software manufacturer Axiotron® today announced that Steve Wozniak — who appeared on stage yesterday at Axiotron’s Macworld Expo booth (#502) for the unveiling of its new 15.4-inch Modbook® Pro, the world’s fastest and largest-screen tablet computer — will be appearing today and tomorrow for additional presentations. Mr. Wozniak is scheduled to present with Axiotron CEO Andreas E. Haas on Wednesday, January 7th, 2009 at 1 p.m. and Thursday, January 8th, 2009 at 1 p.m.

Supporting a cast of creative professionals and software representatives conducting seminars and tutorials featuring the Modbook, Mr. Wozniak and Mr. Haas will offer abridged versions of Tuesday’s unveiling event presentation, highlighting the increased level of usability Axiotron’s new handwriting recognition software, Quickscript™, brings to the Modbook Pro and its predecessor, the Modbook.

In addition to using the Modbook at hands-on demonstration stations, Macworld attendees will also get to preview Axiotron’s latest innovations, including Quickscript and Synergy™ Touch for the Modbook and Modbook Pro. The revolutionary Synergy Touch technology employs touchscreen functionality primarily in support of pen-based input. Also on display at Axiotron’s booth are two new 15.4-inch Modbook Pro computers.
