Solar Panel System at MGM Tower to Be Unveiled

Third Largest Solar Panel Field in Los Angeles Will Help Power the Building

What: Constellation Place, LLC will be joined by Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and other city officials at a press conference unveiling the completion of the Solar Photovoltaic System on the roof of the MGM Tower parking structure.

Constellation Place, LLC, owner of MGM Tower, installed a solar system that will eliminate significant carbon emissions, conserve resources and reduce energy costs. MGM Tower received the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® Silver Certification in July 2008.
