LOS ANGELES, January 15, 2009 – Kabillion, the Emmy® Award-winning multi-platform kids’ entertainment service, will celebrate its second birthday throughout the month of January with special prize giveaways, birthday-themed programming and the launch of a new video game ”Rabbit Attack.”

Kabillion.com’s wildly popular avatar system will also debut a selection of new items, as well as mega-rare specialty items, like the 2nd year birthday cake, ice power pack, battle suit and more. Special birthday themed programming can also be found on both the VOD and online platforms for series such as “Bobby’s World,” “Underdog,” “My Little Pony,” “Transformers Animated,” “The Real Ghostbusters,” “Dennis the Menace,” “Tennessee Tuxedo” and the Emmy-winning series “I Got a Rocket.”

Kabillion, which launched in January 2007, offers high-quality animated and live-action kids’ series entertainment, games, music and chat and is available both as a free video on-demand (VOD) channel and a free online broadband site (www.Kabillion.com). Ad-supported and completely free to its users, Kabillion also boasts a fully-vetted COPPA and CARU-compliant environment, offering parents peace of mind.

“In today’s tough economic climate, we’re tremendously pleased to continue offering kids and their parents an award-winning, fun and completely free entertainment experience,” explains Bill Schultz, CEO of Kabillion. “We’ve seen huge growth for the whole network in the past two years, with a loyal audience that continues to grow. We’ve also delivered some great campaigns to our advertisers and their support is much appreciated. In the current cluttered kids’ landscape, our creativity and engagement cuts through and is of great value. All of us remain excited about the great new things to come in year three.”

By the end of 2008, Kabillion saw year-to-year growth of 300% in VOD views and a 250% increase in VOD users. The Kabillion online community also boasted an 800% boost in total visits, a 500% increase in unique visitors and a 340% increase in new member signups over 2007. They also brought on-board new national advertisers such as Mattel, General Mills, Lego, DreamWorks and more.

Kabillion’s other 2008 milestones include winning the first-ever Daytime Emmy Award for online programming, adding its VOD channel on Charter Digital Cable systems nationwide, launching kids meal programs at Popeye’s Fried Chicken, Johnny Rockets and the new high-tech uWink restaurants, and sending one of its “Kabillionaires” to the finals of “American Idol” after a nationwide contest, among others.
