Storage Mobility, LLC (“Storage Mobility” or the “Company”), the largest franchisee of Portable on Demand Storage or PODS, announced today that it recently became a “Hero” sponsor of the 2009 Special Olympics World Winter Games in Boise, Idaho.

Storage Mobility’s sponsorship included the donation of 27 PODS branded containers to be used throughout the Special Olympics World Winter Games. Storage Mobility’s involvement with the Boise community is standard practice, as the Company typically offers similar donations within its 21 facilities throughout the year. Storage Mobility is proud to be able to promote the 2009 Special Olympics World Winter Games in Boise, Idaho.

David Schmeltz, CEO and President of Storage Mobility, said, “We were excited to be a part of the 2009 Special Olympics World Winter Games by providing our storage containers for the event.” David went on to say that “Throughout the 21 cities we currently operate in, we feel that there are tremendous positive aspects related to our involvement with each of our local communities.”

About Storage Mobility

Storage Mobility is the largest franchisee of Portable on Demand Storage or PODS. Founded in 1998, PODS is rapidly becoming a leading provider of mobile mini-storage and moving for both residential and commercial customers. PODS revolutionized the moving and storage industry by developing a proprietary hydraulic lift system that enables it to deliver a storage container to a customer on a flatbed truck, detach the container from the truck and then gently, and vertically, lower it to the ground. By detaching the storage container from the truck, PODS enables its customers to save time, money and hassle.
