Qosmos Network Intelligence Speeds Development of Smart Pipe Solutions

Vendors can reduce costs and time-to-market with off the shelf network intelligence technology

As mobile service providers seek to transform their operational models from “dumb pipes” that only offer connectivity to Smart Pipes that offer a wide range of revenue-generating services and applications, they need greater visibility into their networks.
