The Employer Branding Institute believes that a strong employer brand is crucial for attracting and keeping the most talented personnel. The Award for Talent Management recognises organisations that build a strong and engaged workplace. This year, the jury reviewed over 2,600 entries from companies across India and chose Broadridge India as one of four winners in the Regional Round to receive this award.
