Reliance Mobile enhances value proposition for its GSM customers with Lifetime Offer

· Announces double talk time offer for every recharge till 31st March 2009 for both existing and new customers
Karnataka, February 11, 2009: Following the successful launch of its GSM service, Reliance Mobile GSM has further enhanced the value proposition for its customers by adding a new leaf to its existing Customer Experience Programme.
The earlier Customer Experience Programme was much appreciated by the customers and the feedback received from the delighted customers provided stimulus to the new and improved Customer Experience Programme.
The new offer effectively addresses the issues of incoming validity and talktime. Earlier Reliance Mobile GSM had offered limited validity of either 3 months or 6 months which has now been enhanced to lifetime validity, by default. Thus, all new Reliance Mobile GSM connections will come with lifetime validity at a nominal charge.
Prior to this offer, the Reliance Mobile GSM customers were entitled for free talktime only, but this offer not only provides free talktime over a period of 90 days but also doubles the talktime on every recharge done till 31st March 09.
In a nutshell, the new offer provides the following:

· Daily talk time credit of Rs.4/- for 90 days, thus a total talktime of Rs.360 which is 6 times the recharge value
Now the existing GSM customers of Reliance Mobile can get lifetime validity and double talk-time benefit, on every recharge, by loading a special tariff voucher of Rs.26. The additional talk-time can be used to make local calls and send SMS to any network.
To supplement the above and targeting the youth segment, the company has introduced an SMS pack which will provide 500 local SMS free at a nominal rate of Rs.32.
