Jörgen Karlsson has been appointed as the new head of the Nolato Telecom (STO:NOLAB) business area and a member of Nolato’s Group management, with effect from March 1. He will remain Managing Director of Nolato Beijing, the Nolato Group company which develops and manufactures system products for customers within the mobile phone sector. Jörgen will continue to be based in China.
44-year-old Jörgen is a polymer engineer, and has held a variety of positions within the Nolato Group since 1995. As Marketing Manager, he helped to build up Nolato Telecom’s Chinese operations between 2001 and 2003, and was appointed Managing Director of Nolato Beijing in 2007.
The current head of Nolato Telecom, Jonas Persson, has chosen to leave Nolato of his own accord in order to take up a position outside the Group.
The Nolato Group is a high-tech developer and manufacturer of polymer product systems for leading customers in telecommunications, medical technology, automotive products and other selected industrial sectors. The Group has 3,900 employees.
