Concerts, restaurants, theaters and casinos might have just the ticket to boost revenues in a tough economy. Just My Ticket, an Internet service that provides subscribers with last minute offers to restaurants, concerts, spas and performances, officially launched this week in San Diego County.
Just My Ticket captures dining and entertainment preferences from subscribers who sign up for free and receive customized, last minute deals by email or cell phone text message. Just My Ticket charges venues on a per blast basis.
“We’ve been testing this program for less than a year in San Diego and we have over 6,500 double opt-in subscribers,” said Steven Persitza, President of Just My Ticket. “More importantly, our clients are seeing immediate returns. Our biggest customer, Live Nation, is realizing a return on investment by filling empty concert seats that would otherwise be left unsold.”
Natalie Fitzsimmons, Live Nation’s Southern California Marketing Manager, added, “Just My Ticket has given us great results and has proven to be a very powerful marketing tool.”
Just My Ticket’s current clients include the Cohn Restaurant Group, House of Blues, Cricket Wireless Amphitheater, California Ballet, Harrah’s Casino, Game Day Events Sporting Event Tickets, Broadway San Diego, and Anthology.
