Jonas Brothers Embark on “SURPRISE THEATER INVASION” Cross Country Trip for Opening of New 3-D Concert Film

The Jonas Brothers announced today that they will be thanking some of their adoring fans directly and in person over the opening weekend of their new film, “Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience.”

Starting Friday, February 27, Jonas Brothers will take off on their SURPRISE THEATER INVASION tour, a cross-country, multi-city trip to surprise their fans in theaters nationwide … and they just may be appearing in a theater near you! The boys have teamed up with NetJets Inc. and Marquis Jet for this nationwide event, enabling them to reach their fans in all these cities in just a few days.

The JONAS BROTHERS head to the big screen—in Disney Digital 3-D™—in a high-energy Walt Disney Pictures rockumentary feature film event from director Bruce Hendricks (“Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert”). The film blends excerpts from the Brothers’ red-hot “Burning Up” concert tour, including guest performances from Demi Lovato and Taylor Swift, with exclusive behind-the-scenes footage, off-the-wall segments, a never-before-heard song (“Love Is On Its Way”), swarming fans and a lot of JB-style humor—giving fans never-before-seen insights into the lives of KEVIN, JOE and NICK.

The film opens nationwide on February 27, 2009.
