Telesphere Announces Microsoft Response Point Certification

One of Only Six Companies Certified

As one of only eight companies listed by Microsoft as a Certified Service Provider for Response Point, Telesphere is able to integrate with Microsoft’s phone system and overlay its own feature set through a process called SIP Trunking.
