Alliance delivers simplified network solution for all business applications and single SLA for customers in retail and hospitality sectors
03 March 2009 – TFM Networks and G7 Computer Services have announced a strategic partnership, which will offer retail and hospitality customers a private end-to-end network solution to meet EPOS, communication and hosting requirements.
By combining their industry experience, virtual network operator TFM Networks and leading EPOS provider G7 Computer Services provide customers with a single streamlined solution to simplify the management of key business processes.
The end-to-end network solution manages till functionality, stock control, online chip and PIN and payment services and guarantees the secure transfer of all business data, which can then be used by stores and head offices to manage stock more effectively and generate accurate and up-to-date sales reports.
A key advantage of the alliance is that it offers organisations a single Service Level Agreement (SLA), simplifying the management process by providing a single point of contact, whatever the network issue.
Rob Gentles, Sales Director at G7 Computer Services said: “Through our partnership with TFM Networks we are able to provide our customers with expert advice across all areas of the solution to ensure retail and hospitality organisations are able to meet their specific EPOS, communications and hosting needs.
“Customers get an effective and resilient customised network infrastructure, capable of supporting time-critical key business activities guaranteeing optimum productivity at all times and meeting PCI DSS compliance.”
Brett Rowe, Sales and Marketing Director at TFM Networks said: ““Being able to offer companies a true end-to-end, centrally hosted communications and networking solution brings a number of significant benefits for business – improved network performance, more effective and unified service, and more competitive pricing.”
