RCC Consultants, Inc. (RCC) announced today that its parent company, RCC Holdings, Inc., acquired Stream Wireless, Inc. (Stream Wireless) of Rockville, Maryland.
“The addition of Stream Wireless’ expertise in the areas of strategic planning, spectrum management, fixed, core and broadband network engineering, program management and microwave network design and implementation will significantly enhance and extend RCC’s ability to deliver additional services to our public and private sector clients,” said Michael W. Hunter, President and Chief Executive Officer of RCC.
Stream Wireless will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of RCC Holdings, Inc. Dee Alipanah, founder of Stream Wireless, will be Executive Vice President of Stream Wireless and a member of its Board of Directors, and will report to Mr. Hunter. The entire staff and management team of Stream Wireless will continue to serve their existing clients.
