NASBA and SAMSUNG Electronics America Team Up to Broaden SAMSUNG’s Dedicated Channel Partner Network
NASBA, the Association of Channel Resellers, and the Information Technology Division of Samsung Electronics America Inc., today announced an arrangement to support membership in Samsung’s Power Partner Program. “NASBA’s goal is to help Samsung and reseller members extend market reach through this arrangement,” said Robert Danese, Executive Director, NASBA. “We have a significant, qualified community of resellers who will be closely matched with Samsung’s partner profile needs, thus promoting a healthy and profitable relationship for both parties.”
Samsung’s Power Partner Program provides the resources that VARs need to help be successful and reach their sales goals. Partner benefits include special promotions, lead referrals, training and technical support, as well as collateral and marketing materials. Power Partners are also given access to Samsung’s award-winning line of information technology products including SyncMaster Monitors (CRT and TFT-LCD), laser printers, professional plasma products, and multi-function MFP products. Additional program details are available at www.samsungpartner.com.
The Power Partner Program enables Samsung to improve communications to key markets and provide compelling value propositions to partners and their customers, said Richard Hutton, Senior Channel Marketing Manager, Samsung Electronics America, Inc.
“One of the biggest challenges of managing channel programs is ensuring that you always have the depth and breadth of representation that you need as partners, product lines and markets evolve,” Hutton said. “With NASBA’s sizable membership, their custom services, and the new Digital Home/Edge Program, we’ll be able to self-select partners that meet our needs, ultimately resulting in a beneficial relationship for everyone.”
