Expansion Includes Key Executives from Music and Video Game Industries
LOS ANGELES, CA—March 31, 2009— Music Mogul, Inc. announces the addition of five executives to their Los Angeles-based organization. Bob Aniello as Chief Operating Officer; Rick Berger as Vice President of Advertising Sales; Vivienne Bosch as Vice President of Promotions; Courtney Taylor as Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategic Alliances; and Jeremy Monroe as Director, Content and Monetization.

· Bob Aniello, Chief Operating Officer. Aniello will be responsible for all operations pertaining to the music world. He has over twenty years experience in emerging technology, gaming and interactive fields, and has worked for industry leaders including Electronic Arts, THQ, JAMDAT and Mattel in senior management roles. As Senior Vice President of THQ, he was responsible for all product development, marketing, and strategic planning. Prior to THQ, Bob held Vice President of marketing positions at Electronic Arts, JAMDAT and Mattel Digital Play division. He was the creator of the CyberScan gaming system which was the very first gaming application using emerging RFID technology. He also launched the EA SPORTS BIG brand, and many new video gaming franchises including WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) and UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship).
· Rick Berger, Vice President, Advertising Sales. Berger, along with Vice President of Promotions, Vivienne Bosch, will be developing brand integration programs for advertisers within the Music Mogul world. He has over twenty years experience in sales, brand management, account management and media – with a strong emphasis on marketing to the youth demographic. He worked for two advertising agencies running large brand assignments including Oil of Olay, Bain de Soleil and the “Friends don’t let friends drive drunk” Ad Council campaign. As a brand manager at L’Oreal, he managed multiple products and, in 1995, launched a major youth haircolor brand called Exuberance. In 1996, Rick joined Next Generation Radio, a youth radio industry new business initiative, and became President of the company in 1998. During his nine years as President, NGR generated over $125MM in sales. Rick joined Alloy Media & Marketing in 2007 as VP Sales and managed the NY Sales force through 2009.
· Vivienne Bosch, Vice President, Promotions. Bosch, along with Vice President of Advertising Sales, Rick Berger, will be developing brand integration programs for advertisers within the Music Mogul world. She has over fifteen years experience as a consumer product goods executive building industry leading brands. Bosch has launched major new innovations that generated hundreds of millions of dollars in incremental net sales. As Vice President of Marketing at DDF she managed the global marketing, online, public relations, and creative and sales education departments. In this role Vivienne developed a new point of difference positioning platform for brand sales and advertising while also planning strategic marketing plans prior to the sale of the company to Procter & Gamble. As Director, Skincare Marketing and Sales Development at Clarins USA she led strategic business and promotion development plans whose implementation led to business unit sales growth of +7%. At Clinique Laboratories, Inc. (Estee Lauder), as Global Director, Makeup Marketing, her business was ranked #1 and contributed over $500 million in net sales. Vivienne has led the successful global launches of more than fifteen new product lines and promotions. Additionally, Vivienne initiated new product and promotion programs in management roles at Revlon Inc., L’Oreal USA, and Unilever. Vivienne began her career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. She received her MBA from the Stern School of Business from New York University.
· Courtney Taylor, Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategic Alliances. Taylor will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships between Music Mogul and third-party organizations. In a 17-year career spanning film, television, popular music and philanthropy, Taylor has specialized in forging mutually beneficial relationships between businesses, non-profit organizations and the entertainment industry. Her esteemed client roster has included Sony Music, where she worked on Public Relations campaigns for such artists as Bruce Springsteen, Aerosmith, Destiny’s Child and John Mayer. Columbia Tri-Star Television where she worked to develop and produce an original scripted television series with Grammy nominated singer Chynna Phillips. Other clients have included David de Rothschild, Zoe Tryon, Goldman Award recipient Steven Donziger, Sir James Goldsmith’s Cuixmala Ecological Foundation, and sixties icon, Twiggy. While working with Twiggy Ms. Taylor reintroduced Twiggy to an entirely new generation of fans by securing her a 5-season run as a Judge on the top ranking reality show “America’s Next Top Model.” This led to a wildly successful campaign for Marks and Spencer in the UK, a top selling clothing line in Japan and a multi-million dollar book deal in Europe. In the spring of 2002 Courtney founded Fastlane, a company that operated Gulfstream jets for invitation-only flights between Los Angeles and New York that was widely used by the entertainment, sports and media industries. Taylor currently acts as a Business Development and Strategic Alliance consultant for former Epic Records President Charlie Walk and his newly formed multi-media company CWE Media. She sits on the advisory board of the Seattle based technology company ATIGEO while also serving as an advisor for Rainforest Advocacy group, Amazon Watch.
· Jeremy Monroe, Director of Content & Monetization. Monroe is instrumental in designing and implementing a market leading virtual world experience and revenue generating business model, and is responsible for defining new branded products, traffic retention strategies and revenue generating opportunities for Music Mogul’s online music network. Having joined Music Mogul from the virtual world giant Sulake, where he was Director of Marketing and Business Development for the their North American operations, Monroe brings critical firsthand experience to his role. With extensive knowledge in the online gaming landscape, Monroe holds an impressive 12 year background as a project manager and software development producer for several prestigious international firms including Accenture, Nortel Networks, Vodafone, CFC, Disney Interactive and Activision, prior to joining Music Mogul.
