VPEP Technology Corporation (“VPEP”), provider of resource virtualization and optimization software, today announced its spin-out from Resilience Corporation, a leader in purpose-optimized Web and network security appliances. The two companies will continue to cooperate in technology development and distribution, while pursuing their separate business models.

VPEP provides resource optimization software that enables the dense consolidation of multiple application instances and tenants onto a single multi-core platform, with just one copy of the operating system and one copy of each application – while delivering equal or better application performance. VPEP can be adapted for use with an application in a matter of days, and does not require modification of the application or data center.
