A series of misunderstandings among two couples escalate into a battle of the sexes, as Graham and Finneran find themselves in a struggle to save-or get-out-of-their marriages to divorce attorney spouses O’Connell and Corbett. Meanwhile, Graham worries that her job is in jeopardy as she strives to please her over-demanding boss, played by Flynn Boyle, while hiding her pregnancy.
The picture is directed by Brian Herzlinger, whose 2004 feature documentary MY DATE WITH DREW garnered critical praise for its “astute and often hilarious” presentation of Herzlinger’s attempt to get a date with childhood-crush Drew Barrymore.
BABY ON BOARD is an independent production from A Plus Entertainment, Big Shoot Productions and Entertainment 7, produced by Russell Scalise and Emilio Ferrari. The film was shot on location in Chicago, Illinois. It is being released theatrically by Angry Monkey Entertainment. BABY ON BOARD has been rated R by the MPAA for crude and sexual content, nudity and language.
About ANGRY MONKEY ENTERTAINMENT (AME)
AME implements encoding and digital compression technology to conform film releases to a high standard approaching the quality of D-Cinema—without costly licensing fees and exclusive equipment contracts that penalize exhibitors through bad profit-participation agreements.
E-Cinema theaters, which today greatly outnumber D-Cinema installations, circumvent D-Cinema’s corporate licensing restrictions and subsequent revenue loss to theater owners. As reasonably-priced HD projectors and servers allow smaller regional theaters to embrace E-Cinema, affordable content can extend the use of these installations beyond pre-shows and corporate presentations.
AME has managed the work flow and delivery of 35mm film prints and D-Cinema 2K resolution or higher, but its primary focus is offering cost-effective E-Cinema solutions and high-quality content to filmmakers and exhibitors.
