Movius Chosen To Deploy IP Video Conferencing Solution For Telefonica In Latin America

Movius Interactive Corporation, a global leader in messaging, collaboration and mobile media solutions, today announced that its Video Conferencing Solution has been selected by Telefónica Empresas for deployment in Argentina.

The platform, deployed in strategic partnership with NEC Argentina, will provide an efficient integrated Conferencing Service using state-of-the-art carrier-grade IP technology that allows any user with a video-enabled device—wireless, wireline and broadband—to participate in a real-time collaborative video conference. Set to deploy throughout Argentina in April 2009, the platform will enable Telefónica Empresas to provide its customers with a reliable integrated solution combining data, voice and video on one platform together with simple and complete control.
